      Great recipe! All in one pan meal and I don't have to stand over it while it cooks! I love seasonings so in addition to the pepper, I sprinkled on rosemary, garlic/parsley salt and paprika. At the end I took off the lid and turned on the broiler for extra browning on the chicken. This is one of my family's favorites. Thanks!

      The chicken was moist and you really don't taste the vinegar but we found this to be bland and in need of more seasonings.

      This was very good and easy to make. I used boned chicken breasts and cooked them in my roasting pan. I also used red unpeeled potatoes and they were just right. Cooked about 1 hour 15 minutes and every thing was moist and tastey!

      really good recipe!!!! will make again and again. If any one doesn't like vinegar, try this, you don't taste the vinegar. the vegetables were great also and it smelled so wonderful when cooking and tasted great. Thank You! Nice & moist chicken. I hate dried out chicken.
