    So simple, 3ingredients, I created these for my DD's slumber party breakfast. A real kid pleaser, and easy to eat in their hands.

    Directions:

      Lay the 3 pancakes on a large microwaveable plate.
    2. 2
      Sprinkle with choc. chips and marshmallows.
    3. 3
      Top with second pancake.
    4. 4
      Heat on med high heat about 45 secs. or until chips and marshmallows are soft.
    5. 5
      You may add more or less chips and marshmallows to your liking.
    6. 6
      Serve with a big glass of cold milk.

      Excellent! I used Hershey milk chocolate chips, Mom's Fluffy Pancakes made with fat free butter and milk and 1/2 whole wheat flour, and marshmallow fluff since I was out of mini marshmallows. The is a REAL kid pleaser! With the pancakes made ahead and reheated, this breakfast came together LITERALLY in seconds. Thanks for posting a wonderful treat!

      A sweet treat for a "crazy breakfast" or an afternoon "snack attack"! It couldn't be any easier that 1,2, 3! Make your own pancakes or cheat and buy them frozen and nuke 'em. Thanks for posting chef Dee, my kids thank you too!
