I think this has great potential! I just felt that there were far too few "graham chunks" throughout so it was much more of a candy than a cookie. It is *very* rich! I also wasn't expecting the peanut butter to play such a prominent part in the flavor--it kind of ruined the whole "smores" taste. However, I LOVE the idea of putting marshmallows in the cookies, and may try it with my regular no-bake cookie recipe. I might try these again with more graham crackers (or maybe Golden Grahams, or some other cereal) for added bulk. I used 1 sleeve of crackers when I made them and broken in large chunks it measured 3 cups. Thanks for posting this recipe! UPDATE: Since I sat with my son and ate the rest of the pan of this last night, I decided I better upgrade my rating from 3 to 4 stars. If you think of it as a rich candy instead of a cookie, it makes all the difference.

I was so excited to try this recipe but unfortunately it was a flop. I followed the recipe exactly and the "cookies" never set up. The mixture remained crumbs and I actually had to throw it out because it was just crumbs. Great concept but just didn't work.
