These are so good! I spread a little peanut butter on them before adding the marshmallows!
After the final return to the oven for 1-2 minutes, I then ran them under the broiler before adding melted chocolate
Very good, but messy! I had to leave them in the pan to cool so the crust would not break apart when I removed them. Since the crumb crust was a little fragile I drizzled the melted chocolate on top rather than dipping them. They are so good and rich, taste like a s'more! Will be making these again!! Made for PRMR.
Excellent! A real crowd pleaser! Be careful not to leave them in the oven too long or the marshmallow will flatten and become unpleasingly chewy. Once I realized my error, every batch since has come out perfectly! Rather than mess with melting chocolate in a double boiler, I find it easy to melt the extra chocolate bars in a candy squeeze bottle and just drizzle it over the s'more bites. DELISH!
