It good good, but rich. was out of the can milk. Here is what I used. It made then so good, I love the S'more Cookie Bars with this using the recipe below. Oh it take 2 batch for the cookie bars BY HELOISE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK 1 cup powdered milk 1/3 cup boiling water 2/3 cup granulated sugar 3 tablespoons butter It's best to put the ingredients in a blender to mix until smooth. The longer you blend it, the thicker it gets. Just be sure that the mixture isn't grainy. Store any leftovers in a sealable container in the fridge. It make not quit a cup. Sure is good. Dix

I found some forgotten marshmallows in a drawer and wanted to use them ASAP. Was glad to find this recipe! I also only had chocolate chips on hand - no butterscotch. I used a square pan, but that was only because my marshmallows were all stuck together and hard to separate. Very gooey and rich. My only complaint was that it was almost too rich.

This is a terific recipie! All I had were regular chocolate chips. But they turned out great. And I put chopped walnuts on half. I don't know which I prefer...

This was not what I expected, and of course I mean that in a good way! Alot of bars I've made in the past with sweetened cond. milk and marshmallows have been really hard to cut and texture being crunchy/hard. These are soft and gooey, a delight to my DH. Thank You BrendaM!
