This smoothie helps me take all my supplements which otherwise I'd be rubbish at sticking to. Using frozen fuit makes it even quicker!

  1. Leave the frozen fruit to defrost a little while you get the other stuff organised.
  2. Add the yogurt or milk(use soya milk if you want) and the supplements to the blender.
  3. Add all the fruit.
  4. Blend.
  5. Simple as that.
