This smoothie helps me take all my supplements which otherwise I'd be rubbish at sticking to. Using frozen fuit makes it even quicker!
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 250 ml nonfat yogurt or 250 ml milk
- 1⁄2 mango
- 1⁄2 melon (add your supplements ie glucosamine pomegranate juice)
- Leave the frozen fruit to defrost a little while you get the other stuff organised.
- Add the yogurt or milk(use soya milk if you want) and the supplements to the blender.
- Add all the fruit.
- Simple as that.
