Smoothie - Quick Sob (No Dairy)

SOB stands for strawberry, orange, banana. I was tired of paying so much for smoothies, so I decided to make my own. Enjoy!

  1. Peel tangelo, section, and remove white strings.
  2. Place in blender.
  3. Hull strawberries and cut in quarters.
  4. Place in blender.
  5. Add Splenda or sugar to blender.
  6. Peel banana and place 1 inch chunks in blender.
  7. Place ice cubes in blender.
  8. Blend (I use"food processer" speed on my Cuisinart) for 30-40 seconds until smoothie reaches desired consistency.
  9. The blender may need to be jiggled at the beginning as there is no liquid in the bottom.

This is a very easy to make and healthy recipe, that tastes good. I will definitely make it again.

very tasty. easy to make. added 2tablesp of vanilla yogurt; 1 scoop plain whey and 1/3 cup of water.

i found this smoothie to be so wonderful,,you can taste each one of the different fruits,one doesn't over power the taste of the others.i will be making this one over and over.thank you.
