Smoothie Princess' Morning Creation

This is what my smoothie princess (she is 3!) decided she wanted to try this morning. Very tasty and one I did not want to lose because it was a nice pick me up after a workout!

Loved it! This had a strong flavor of fresh oranges. Although the pulp didn't break down,the chewy texture was something different and fiber's good for you! The smoothie didn't separate at all. I used light vanilla soy milk and it only took two minutes total to prepare. My regards to the Princess!

Directions

  1. Peel and seed the orange. Place it in your blender.
  2. Add the blueberries and milk.
  3. Blend until smooth. This one will take a little longer then normal smoothies because of the need to break down the orange pulp.
