This is a very tasty satisfying smoothie - It is a meal in a glass.. I used French Vanilla No fat yougert. My banana wasn't frozen but I chilled the smoothie after making it Thanks Nikki this was for PAC Sept 08

A very healthy start to the day. I did however add 1tsp sugar as my orange juice was a little tart for me. Thanks for a 'keeper'.
