  1. Very easy and flavorful. I may add just a little Splenda next time to sweeten it a bit. I am going to try with frozen strawberries, also.

  3. I made this for my DD & I to share, she loved it & nearly polished the lot off herself. I added about 2 tblsp vanilla yoghurt to this as well. It's a gorgeous colour when mixed & not too sweet. Thanks for posting Sonya!

I live in Keilor Downs, Victoria in Australia. I am a receptionist in Melbourne. My favorite cook books are anything Weight Watchers or Simply 2 good 2 be true also any muffin or scone cook books. I love cooking easy stuff but I love a challange ocasionaly on the weekends when i have a bit more time. My pet peeve is how much capsicum/bell peppers are in recipes now as i am elergic to them.
