AY CORUMBA!!!!! Very tasting salsa. Not much of a holiday person, so used some for tacos yesterday, and some more for those big tortilla chips. Makes a great dip. Made for 1-2-3 hits.

Oh my! Spicy yes! This does make a lot. 4 cups doesn`t seem like much but you don`t need much for there is plenty of flavor and heat! I made it cilantro which my DH hates(to bad for him) LOL! This really is great! And for those that are like my DH parsley can be used in place of the cilantro. I did use lime and enjoyed what it brought to the salsa. I`ll be putting this on everything! Thanks!!!
