I'm really not usually the one who does spareribs, & now in the past month I've already made 'em twice & have plans for doing 'em again before too long ~ Go figure! Anyway, working with your recipe was an absolute pleasure, & the rib-&-bean combo was wonderfully flavorful! It all took a bit of time to prepare, but as the 1st reviewer indicated, "These are worth the wait!" Will be doing this recipe again, for sure! Thanks for posting it! Wow! The ribs and sauce were awesome. I didn't make the beans this time around so I halved the amount of sauce. It worked perfectly. I used pork loin back ribs and then followed the well-written directions. Totally delicious rib recipe. Note: I used a gas grill so used the indirect heat method. I lit one side of the grill and put the ribs on the unlit side, then closed the lid. These are worth the wait!
