- COMBINE all ingredients in small bowl.

This recipe made it into our Book #242923! 08/03/09 - Oh is this great stuff! We made as directed to use as a dipping sauce for Veggie Bean Wrap tonight (It was soooo worth it)! But we had to try it before refrigeration because it looked like it would be so yummy, and it is! It didn't have that much heat (so mild heat lovers will love this). We added about 1 tbsp of chopped jalapenos which gave it more kick. This is a great dip of sweet~n~heat! With fruit, or chips, we could easily fall in love with this dip, and it went awesomely with the wraps too! We just spread some on the tortilla before adding it's ingredients. The two recipes truly compliment eachother. Thanks for sharing this absolute keeper recipe.
I made a wrap by lining a tortilla with fresh spinach, then spooning on black beans, white cheddar, and this dip before I rolled up. Delicious! The dip went perfectly with the other flavors and made it so fresh-tasting. I didn't like it as much with just tortilla chips, so I'm glad I read 2Bleu's idea for using this in a wrap. I followed the recipe except that instead of adobo sauce, I finely diced a chipotle chile from the can and stirred that in with just the sauce clinging to it.
Very good! I used the minimal amount of chipotle and that was fine for us. I do like the orange marmalade in this. Served it with chips. But can see where it would be great in a tortilla wrap too. Thanks Debbwl for sharing. Made for Theirs, Yours, & Mine tag.
