Smoky BBQ Sauce
"I found this one in an old, local cookbook. It really sounds like a great barbecue sauce recipe. I intend to test it out on 4th of July. Hope you will enjoy it as well! 8)"

ingredients
- 4 tablespoons molasses
- 1⁄2 cider vinegar
- 2⁄3 cup ketchup
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 6 very thinly slices lemons
directions
- Mix all of the ingredients.
- Combine well.
- Simmer for about 30 minutes!
