This is so wonderful out on the grill. It brought my neighbors over to see what was smokin' and smellin' sooo good!

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Reserve about 1/2 of marinade.
  3. Put meat into a large sealable plastic bag and seal tightly.
  4. Soak meat in this mixture for at least 6 hours.
  5. Over night is better.
  6. Turn meat over occasionally.
  7. Put shisk kabobs together.
  8. Place on hot grill.
  9. Brush with marinade 3-4 times during cooking.
  10. Good for beef, pork, or chicken.
  11. descard leftover marinade.
