I mixed this up exactly as written, and had it on a pork tenderloin. While it was a bit spicy for my taste, I found myself becoming strangely addicted to the flavor and couldn't resist a quick bite of pork each time I passed the fridge. Will make this again, but I'll probably cut back on the cayenne pepper, and possible a bit on the black pepper as well.

I wish I could give this 10 Stars. I used only 1 tbsp of coriander and it was awesome. The flavor was incredible, like it had sat in the smoker all day smoking. I paired it with KC Masterpiece original bbq sauce and what a combination...the flavor of the pork alone would have been enough. This is the best recipe for pulled pork and my mom is taking the recipe home to MA with her.
