I used basa fish, but other white fish would work also. This marinade really makes a great tasting fish and it's not too spicy. Prep time does not include marinade time.
- Chop chili and cilantro and mix with juice of 1/2 a lime. A small food processor works great for this.
- Marinade fish in mixture for several hours or over night in a zip-top bag in the fridge.
- Grill fish on high for 3 or 4 minutes per side.
- Serve with lime wedges from the other half of the lime.
