the smokey flavor comes from the smoked paprika. Just put everything in the food processor and whiz it!

All I can say is Mmmmmmm...... will be making this VERY often. Even my 9 year old son LOVED it! I didn't have tahini so used just a little bit of sesame oil.

  1. Dump everything in a food processor and whiz until smooth.
  2. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving with raw veggies, crackers, pita chips, and other favorite dippers.
