Just stuff I had in the fridge. Nummy-good!
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1 small cucumber, finely chopped
- 4 slices bread, I used wheat, but it doesn't really matter
- 6 ounces smoked salmon, sliced
- Beat cheese until soft and fold in cucumber.
- Spread evenly on all slices of bread.
- Place salmon on two slices and top with remaining slices of bread and press.
- Chill until firm.
- Cut sandwiches into fourths and serve.
