- 340.19 g cream cheese, at room temperature
- 78.78 ml sour cream
- 14.79 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 ml Tabasco sauce
- 3 scallions, white and green parts, thinly sliced
- 44.37 ml capers, rinsed and drained
- 226.79 g smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
- 44.37 ml chopped fresh dill or 14.79 ml dried dill
- fresh ground black pepper
- fresh dill, for garnish
- crackers or breadstick, for serving
directions
- Puree the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice and tabasco in a food processor.
- Add the scallions, capers, salmon, chopped dill and pepper, and pulse to blend.
- Garnish with the dill and serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers.
