Smoked salmon spread that has a bit of a bite to it.
- 1 lb smoked salmon
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped and seeded
- Mix and enjoy!
This was good, but I didn't care for the jalapeno, next time I'll leave it out. Thanks for posting! Made for Spring PAC 2013
What I like about this is how it changes flavor as I eat it. I put it in my mouth and it is soft and delicate, then the smokiness appears, and finally that little kick. Give it a try!
