      I agree with the other 2 reviewers, this is very good! I used some orange and yellow peppers that had to be used up. Also used fresh basil from the garden. Thanks for posting Paula. Made for ZWT6.

      I echo Ev - Oh my goodness! I also lucked out w/this brunch dish. I used our own smoked salmon & had to make it w/o the artichokes, but did add a bit of finely-diced sun-dried tomato. Every piece of this recipe works to its advantage & made it a true flavor sensation for us. Thx for sharing this.

      Oh my goodness! I really lucked out with this recipe. I had a bit of smoked salmon left and made this for my lunch today. Absolute bliss! The addition of the yoghurt to the eggs makes them creamy and fluffy and imparts the slightest tang - which goes great with the salmon. The sauteed veggies and salmon were a great combo and the feta cheese, added at the end, just got melty, but stayed intact. A wonderful recipe!
