- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 teaspoon caper juice
- 1 teaspoon green onion, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 lb smoked salmon (or lox)
- Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon a small amount onto salmon strip and roll up. Fasten with a toothpick.
- This can be made up ahead, covered and chilled.
