    Just something I through together the other night because I had the ingredients on hand and my kids said I should post it.

      saute salmon, onions, in butter and oil

      add spices.

      mix in the flour till well blended.

      add vodka let cook 30 seconds
    5. 5
      add milk, cheeses and cream and tomatoes, capers and peppers.

      stir till thickened.

      serve over pasta.

      Very good, and much enjoyed. nice and rich, with a bit of a bite, I made it for DH and I when the youngsters were out doing their own thing! It was quickly prepared, and I served it over penne pasta, a good choice for a cold night! Thanks Alleycat! Made for PAC Spring 2008

      This dish was outstanding! What a way to dress up leftover salmon. This will be a regular at our table. I substituted half and half for the heavy cream and added a couple Tbs. of butter. Amazing! Thanks for posting!
