- 7 ounces linguine
- 5 ounces smoked salmon, cut into strips
- 1⁄2 lemon, zested and juiced
- 4 ounces spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
- 2 tablespoons creme fraiche
- black pepper
directions
- Cook the linguine following the packet instructions.
- Drain and then tip into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
- Toss together and season heavily with black pepper.
