Good, but not spectacular. Will probably make it again.

Did not like this at all. It has a taste of alcohol. Notice that there is no cooking involved of the sauce. If you like taste of hard liquor in your food, you might like it. Couldn't make the sauce creamy like it said to do. Smoked salmon makes it taste like your eating sushi with pasta.

I had some left over smoked salmon and was looking for a way to use it up when I came across this recipie. Very quick and easy to make. I used fat free sour cream and skim milk and the sauce still had a rich consistency. Thanks for the recipie!

Quick and perfect! I used Makers Mark whisky because it's what I had on hand. Definitely would serve this to guests, and added it to my fast and easy 10-minute, whip together after work meals as well.

Easy and what a nice flavor. Used whiskey because that's what I had. Used light sour cream and 2% milk to lighten it a little. Also used about 1/2 the pasta for the amount of sauce specified and probably about 6 ounces of salmon to yield about 4 servings.

This was perfect and so easy. I've also made it substituting cream cheese for the sour cream, and it was great both times. :-)

This was wonderful. Why it has taken me so long to try this recipes - I don't know! I love smoked salmon and I love fettucine - the combination of the two was da bomb. The scotch gave it that extra boost. Thanks Dancer for sharing. Diane

Followed the recipe but left out the Scotch. Everyone loved it and wanted seconds.

Super, and so easy, too! I used Scotch, and chopped fresh chives instead of parsley. Fabulous flavor, will makes for my next dinner guests. Only question . . . why has it taken so long for someone to review this ??? Thanks for posting Dancer^.
