This was so easy and was a big hit! I was initially concerned because I thought there was not enough salmon in the recipe and maybe too much cream cheese but the balance was actually perfect . The horseradish was a nice touch but was not overpowering and the chives added just the right touch. My company could not stop raving about it! This recipe is a keeper. I love great food and I particularly like trying cuisines new to me! Although I don't prepare as much food as I used to, creating in my kitchen is still one of my favourite things to do. Enjoy!
