Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except nuts or parsley in a small bowl lined with plastic wrap, chill mixture until firm.
  2. Shape into a ball.
  3. Remove plastic wrap.
  4. Roll in nuts or parsley.
  5. Serve with chips or crackers.
