Definitely not a boring same-old sandwich. This was awesome! I made this on toasted bread, but next time I'm making this on an everything bagel. The apple slices in this really made special. I think cucumber slices would work well, too. This works for breakfast, lunch, snack or whenever. Thanx!

This was really yummy, we had a whole packet of smoked slamon left over from last night and I had some green apples which i didn't make into my stew, this really is something special and not to mention, very simple. Thank you for posting, Miss Pixie x x x

Excellent sandwich. I added some sliced red onion and lightly toasted my bread.

I love cream cheese and salmon! This was great! I agree with RitaL and I made mine on an onion bagel. I would have never in a million years that of having an apple on this sandwich but it really worked.

I made this on a bagel that I sliced thin. Using chive cream cheese and salmon that I had leftover! It`s great when you can use home grown tomatoes!

I was drawn to this recipe because I just love smoked salmon with cream cheese. I’ve always made sandwiches with these ingredients with thin slices of Lebanese cucumbers, so it was interesting to try the alternative ingredients here – apple and tomato. I used a high quality wholegrain bread and I added pepper and salt to the tomato and some baby spinach leaves. A truly delicious sandwich. A wonderful blend of flavours! Thank you so much! I shall certainly be trying this again. This is very much one of those recipes where ALL the ingredients must be absolutely TOP quality!
