A delicious and tasty appetizer which can also be served as a canapé.

  1. Slice the smoked salmon in to thin strips and roll in to small ball and place on to each canapé.
  2. Season the crème fraiche and add a small amount on to the canapé, sprinkle some dried or fresh dill on to each canapé before serving.
