You wouldn't be using a Cameron StoveTop Smoker by any chance?? Yep. We make this all the time. The sauce I usually have to make double. We use the sauce on plain rice. It's Excellent!
This was a tough one to rate. The smoked tenderloin was fantastic and is definitely a 5. I rated a 4 because we thought the peppercorn sauce actually detracted from the wonderful smoked taste (though the sauce was not bad). The meat came out tender and was very flavorful in and of itself. I will definitely use this method for smoking my tenderloin next time, but probably would not have the sauce again. Thanks!
