Turned out very good. I was hesitant with all the different steps involved, but it only took about 40 minutes start to finish.
These were out of this world! I only cooked 2 thick cut pork chops, but halved the sauce. It was the perfect ratio. I did let the pineapple sauce simmer on very very low heat for about 20 minutes, resulting in a wonderfully rich sauce. I served noodles with these. I will absolutely make these again!
