This is a spicy, Smokey dip that has fresh orange and cilantro to complement the heat! Top fried seafood, dip shrimp into it, add to a tuna or chicken salad.
- 236.59 ml mayonnaise
- 1 chipotle chile in adobo, minced & seeds removed if you don
- 1 orange, juice and zest of
- 29.58 ml fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1.23 ml smoked paprika
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill till ready to use.

This was a great compliment to plain shrimp. After I finished my shrimp I checked my fridge for anything else I could dip into it. It works well with veggies and I bet even a hotdog would be good with this on it! It starts out a little sweet from the orange and then the mild heat warms your mouth. This will be a repeat!
