    Rita~'s Note:

This is a spicy, Smokey dip that has fresh orange and cilantro to complement the heat! Top fried seafood, dip shrimp into it, add to a tuna or chicken salad.

Made with Rita's Chipotle chilies and her adobo recipe.....this has to be one of the most delicious dips I have ever tried! We ALL love the smoky flavours and the fresh addition of the orange - what a great combination! Thanks Rita, for yet another stunningly simple and yet sophisticated recipe! Made for ZWT3. FT:-)

This was a great compliment to plain shrimp. After I finished my shrimp I checked my fridge for anything else I could dip into it. It works well with veggies and I bet even a hotdog would be good with this on it! It starts out a little sweet from the orange and then the mild heat warms your mouth. This will be a repeat!
