This is a lovely easy dip to serve with crackers for lovers of smoked fish
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 200 g cooked boneless smoked mackerel (approx)
- squeeze lemon juice
- black pepper
- Flake the fish into a bowl, mash in the cream cheese, add a good squeeze of lemon and plenty of black pepper.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Bloody Lovely!
