- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 cups shredded smoked chicken
- 1 (4 ounce) candiced green chilies
- 1⁄3 cup sliced green onion
- 1 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1⁄3 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1⁄2 cup crushed tortilla chips
- Layer lettuce, chicken, chiles, onion, tomato, olives, cheese and salsa in large salad bowl.
- Toss right before serving.
- Garnish with tortilla chips.
Good salad. Easy and quick. Had most everything already on hand. Nice recipe to keep around.
