- 453.59 g catfish fillet
- 236.59 ml dry white wine or 236.59 ml chicken broth
- 2 (453.59 g) package cream cheese, softened
- 1-2 clove garlic, minced
- 9.85 ml paprika
- 4.92 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 1.23 ml cayenne pepper
- 29.58 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1.23 ml liquid smoke
directions
- In a large skillet, cook fillets in wine over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes or until catfish flakes with a fork.
- Remove fillets from skillet and drain well.
- Process catfish fillets and remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Cover and chill 8 hours.
- Serve on crackers, melba toast or French baguette slices.
