Tasty corned beef. I let mine cook for 6 hours on low. It still did not slice as it should. I will take the rest and make corned beef hash or sandwiches. Made or 123 HIts.

  1. Place brisket in a large shallow dish and pour liquid smoke over brisket.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic salt, and celery salt. Cover and chill overnight.
  3. Before cooking, drain liquid smoke, and douse brisket with worcestershire.
  4. Place chopped onion in slow cooker and place brisket on top of onion.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
  6. With 1 hour left on cooking time, pour barbecue sauce over brisket and cook an additional hour.
