  1. In saucepan combine brown sugar and water, bring to a boil to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and let cool. In cocktail glass muddle tangarine slices. In a shaker filled with ice combine 1/2 oz simple syrup, pumpkin puree, bourbon and Grand Marnier. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with nutmeg if desired.
