I loved this casserole; it was easy to whip up and tasted great. I didn't need any of the reserved liquid though, and I also added salt to the potatoes while they were cooking, so I didn't need to add any afterward. Thanks!

Outstandingly delicious! Easy to do, and we love broccoli so this is another variation for my rotations. You could make this ahead, refrigerated, and then bake. utahmomtotwo you should consider adding the category Make Ahead to your recipe. Thank you utahmomtotwo for posting a keeper! Turned out creamy and delicious, very full of flavour, the dill is a good touch. Easy to prepare, I served it with meatloaf for a delicious 'comfort' supper :D Thanks for a lovely recipe :D

Was looking for something different to have with chicken instead of regular old mashed potatoes. I liked them, but the rest of my family didn't care for them. They didn't like the broccoli with the potatoes. I will try them again without the broccoli. Thanks Utahmomtotwo.

Wow! Low-fat but really good! I doubled the recipe. My sour cream wasn't fat free, it was reduced-fat, but otherwise my ingredients were as listed. I may have added a little extra dill. It really looked soupy when I poured it into the casserole dish, but after baking, it was the perfect texture/moistness. This is a keeper! Thanx for sharing.
