  1. WOW!!! this is an excellent spice blend.. just made it & tried a pinch..the cayenne "sneaks" up on you I didn't taste it but a second or 2 later you feel the warmth in the back of your mouth/throat.. I can tell b this will be one I use regularly.... so glad I was searching member seasoning cookbooks where this 1 was .... thank you Sue L for posting this

  2. WICKED AWESOME! I've never been one to salt/pepper my food at the table, but this is fantastic! I love the mix of flavours and it's great on anything and everything. I haven't found anything that it's NOT good on. Thanks for spicing up my life!

  3. Made for Photo tag. Delicious seasoning...I tried it on pork chops and it was wonderful...I'll be testing it out further in the very near future.

  4. What a wonderful mixture! I only made half the recipe as it is only my DH and myself. The first time we tried it was on eggs. Oh my...they were soooo good. And now it has become our house seasoning. We put it on most everything that needs a kick. Thank you for posting!

  5. Used on jumbo shrimp, then sauteed them in a teflon frying pan. Just enough heat to make them interesting, but not so much you burn your mouth off! May try this on chicken next! We had a side dish of coleslaw with pineapple in it to kind of offset the hot of the shrimp. The contrast in flavors was very good!
