From The Taste Of Home Magazine. April/May 2002 edition. Cooking for ONE or TWO. These are amazing! And they're so pretty to look at, I need to go buy my new digital camera and take a picture next time, they're amazing!

  1. In a bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. Whisk together eggs and milk; stir into dry ingredients just until blended.
  3. Pour into four greased and floured 8-oz. custard cups.
  4. Place on a baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 20 minutes or until puffed and edges are golden brown (do not open oven door during b aking).

These are so cute! Very easy and fun to pull the little masterpieces out of the oven. I could have left mine in the oven another 3 minutes or so, but my oven can be difficult to live with.
