This is an easy and delicious take on a classic rum and mint drink, and very refreshing - much faster than a regular Mojito!
- 18 ice cubes (1 1/2 trays)
- 1⁄8 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup packed mint leaf (no stems)
- 1 cup light rum
- 1 (250 ml) can frozen limeade concentrate (or lime margarita starter)
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
