Excellent recipe! I followed it to the letter with the exception of using two 2 1/4 lb. boneless roasts. The cooking time was the same. I drained some of the liquid out after pulling out the roasts to shred, and fished out most of the onions. I served the pork on onion rolls with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
