Best Ribs I've Made. Used a 5 LB rack of Pork Spare Ribs and doubled the recipe. I did add 1 TBLS of Liquid Smoke and 3 TSP's of Stubbs BBQ Rub. Cooked all day and Meat was falling off the bone.
My husband loved this recipe! I used balsamic vinegar because thats all I had. Good one!
Yummy sauce for my pork ribs. I substituted 8 oz. tomato sauce for the ketchup and used brown sugar. Delicious and this will be my go-to rib recipe. Thanks!
Loved the tang in the sauce--not so sweet as many BBQ sauces. My ribs happened to be really meaty and fatty so browning them first helped get some of the fat out. I also moved the ribs occasionally in the crock pot to make sure they were all equally "sauced". Thanks, Mary.
