Slow Cooker Spicy Chicken

I got this recipe from the Kookin' with Kelloggs cookbook. It is easy and great if you like spicy food. Thanks for the cookbook, Larry.

  1. Remove skin from chicken.
  2. Mix tomatoes and peanut butter together.
  3. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  4. Pour sauce over chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
  6. Chicken is done when it falls off the bone.
  7. Place chicken on serving plate.
  8. Spoon on sauce.

I love the tomato and peanut butter combination. The only change I would consider would be adding additional peppers.
