the sauce is what makes ribs stand out from others
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup marmalade
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 3 -4 lbs pork ribs, cut into serving pieces
- combine soy suace, marmalad, ketchup and garlic.mix well.
- brush over ribs.
- arrange in slow cooker; pour remaining sauce over ribs.
- cover and heat on low setting for 10-12 hours.
This was so easy and tasted great. I added a chopped onion to the bottom of the crockpot then added the ribs. I also didn't have any marmalade so I substituted homemade plum jam. I will be making this again for sure, Thanks for posting!
