Fix It and Forget It Lightly. Slow Cooker. Serves 6

  1. Turn slow cooker on high for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour oil in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients, except for basil and parsley. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, then low for 4-5 hours.
  3. Stir in fresh basil. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
