  1. Made as written, but I added the stem of the broccoli after I peeled it and cube it very small. This is so easy to make and has a nice flavor . Made for Please Review My Recipe tag from January 2nd, 2011

  2. While I thought this was just okay and lacked zip my family loved it hence the 4 stars. For me there just wasn't as much zip as I was expecting though I do think that this is a great base to thow in what you have around the house. It will be made again.

  3. Delicious! I couldn't find the fiesta nacho cheese soup so I used another can of cheddar cheese soup and a little salsa. I cooked it on low for 7 hours but the potatoes weren't quite done so I turned the crock pot to high for another hour which really did the trick. I served this with roast beef-onion sandwiches for a hardy, hot dinner.

  4. I really liked this!! My boyfriend said it was "good". I think I used way too many potatoes because my crock pot was about to overflow! ha ha The only things I did differently was use 2 cans of cheddar cheese soup and season with garlic & onion powder. Will make again for sure - SO EASY & GOOD!!

  5. This turned out delicious. I needed something I could just throw together for dinner because I wasn't feeling well and this worked wonderfully. My family loved it. Thanks for posting.

Tweaks

  1. I wish I could give more stars for this soup! It's fabulous!!! I used some 2% milk Velveeta in place of the cheese soup, otherwise followed the recipe to a "T". This is a lightly spiced soup, so if one wants a spicier taste, add 2 cans of nacho cheese soup and omit the one plain cheese soup. I loved it just as it was. Thanks for posting! Made for Holiday Tag and the Crock pot Event in Cooking Photos.
